Job Title: Marketing/Brand Manager

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the group’s overall business goals and strategic objectives.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

3. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring all marketing activities are within budget and ROI is achieved.

4. Create and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

5. Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.

6. Manage the group’s websites & social media channels

7. Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing activities, including campaign performance and ROI.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field

* 3 - 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the HealthTech, High Tech Product Development or Industrial sectors

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

* Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools

* Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and SEO

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Google Analytics is a plus
