Chat Support Coordinator [India]


 

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, including technical support and product assistance via phone, email, and live chat
  • Utilize computer software to perform various tasks such as data entry and report generation
  • Maintain customer records, including updating customer profiles and inputting payment information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including network connectivity and software performance
  • Perform quality checks on various products and services to ensure they meet company standards
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service to customers
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service is provided

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
