Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, including technical support and product assistance via phone, email, and live chat
- Utilize computer software to perform various tasks such as data entry and report generation
- Maintain customer records, including updating customer profiles and inputting payment information
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including network connectivity and software performance
- Perform quality checks on various products and services to ensure they meet company standards
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service to customers
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service is provided
