Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?
Regulatory Change Management
- Daily Monitor of regulatory changes with the in-house experts and stakeholders to ensure their timely implementation.
- Maintenance of the internal tool to track regulations of relevance until their implementation
- Regular (re-)assessment of regulatory changes identified and worked on
- Preparation of the meetings with the experts and stakeholders
Regulatory independent assessment and assurance
- Annual update of the Compliance Risk Assessment
- Execute the Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan based on the Compliance Risk Assessment, includes design, execution, reporting and debriefing of the testing
- Advice on regulatory compliance matters
Policy and procedure design and development
- Manage policy creation and implementation in a systematic and integrated manner. Identify potential gaps and risks by mapping policies to regulations, risks, and controls.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Compliance Charter, Policies and Procedures related to Regulatory Compliance matters
- Assist in developing and implement training programs in connection to Compliance matters
Reporting
- Supervise the collection of the management information data in terms of KRIs and the regular compliance reporting to the senior management reporting
- Provide standard and ad-hoc information and data reports to the Management, regulators and auditors
Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Regulatory Compliance Analyst?
- 3-5 years of experience in a Compliance, Risk or Audit Function, related to the Regulatory Compliance matters applicable to the Insurance sector;
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg rules and regulations or of another EU member state impacting the Insurance sector;
- Ability to balance legal requirements with the commercial aspects of the business;
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of initiative, attention to details, planning and organisational skills;
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, with ability to express opinion to internal and external customers;
- Enthusiastic team player and self-motivated;
- Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
