Pam Golding Properties Alberton and Joburg South are looking for dynamic intern real estate agents. The individual should be ambitious, determined, target orientated, and sales driven. Our offices cover the entire Joburg South and Alberton areas and there are a wide range of suburbs, properties, and people to interact with while receiving ample support from our incredible admin team to kickstart your real estate career!
Applicants must reside in Jhb South, Lenasia or Alberton and must have a valid drivers license and their own reliable vehicle. Own laptop is also a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Canvassing and listing new stock; building relationships with homeowners while maintaining database.
- Attend and conduct weekly show days.
- Attend monthly sales meetings.
- Monitoring lead in boxes and replying to incoming leads in an efficient manner.
- Maintaining relationships with conveyancers, bond originators and other real estate agents.
- Keeping abreast of hyperlocal property trends.
- Building presence and authority through digital platforms I.E., social media.

- Energetic, self-motivated, sales-driven, people-person.
- Passionate about property.
- Have great communication skills, great networking skills, be computer literate, have an eye for detail.
- Have the ability to cope with pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours.
Education & Experience
- Matric qualification
- Drivers license and own reliable transport
- Own laptop
- Must reside in Alberton, Johannesburg South or Lenasia
- Be responsible for registration fees with the PPRA.
