Job description:
- To supervise and be in charge of the procurement activities of the whole factory.
- To make procurement planning.
- To find new suppliers, build, and develop relationships with suppliers.
- To negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers.
- To evaluate the quality and efficiency of suppliers periodically or as required.
- To coordinate with relevant departments such as production, Import-Export, Accounting, etc… to maintain and ensure the stability of the purchasing process.
- Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team and other departments when necessary.
Requirement:
- Male, from 30 years old.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in ndustrial management major.
- Have 8 years of working experience above in a Japanese mechanical manufacturing company (in which 3 years of experience in the same position).
- Have communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Japanese communication, reporting, and work by email (JLPT N3). Prefer to know more about English.
- Be careful and timely at work.
- Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
